Legend has it that the 1st Higher Education Music and Arts Festival was pulled off from start to finish in just 100 days… however those in attendance would tell you the production was like something that had been established for years! This would not have been possible without the LEGENDARY effort of our volunteers known as The Higher Education Hall Monitors.
