FAQ

WHEN CAN WE ARRIVE?

Vendors can arrive for setup starting at noon Thursday Aug 14th.  Vendors must be broken down and off grounds by noon Monday Aug 18th.

Main Gates will open daily to the public starting at 11am (10am VIP)

Grounds close to public Friday and Saturday at 11pm; and Sunday 8pm

AGES AND RESTRICTIONS?

All Ages event (attendees under 18 must be accompanied with parental guardian)

RE-ENTRY?

2 and 3 Day pass holders will permitted to leave and re enter grounds.

1 Day pass holders will NOT be permitted to leave and re enter grounds.

GATE TICKETS?

Passes WILL be available at the gate (while supplies last)

To save A BOATLOAD OF MONEY buy in advance online!

WRISTBANDS?

Wristbands will be provided upon entry. Tickets do not need to be printed, but the barcode needs to be visible and able to be scanned.

ENTRY & SECURITY?

There will be a brief security check upon entering the festival. Make sure to not have any of the below-prohibited items or they will be confiscated. This is a safe space for all!

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES?

Outside beverages will not be permitted within the venue.

We will have a number of nonalchohalic and alcoholic beverage options available to our patrons from our various vending partners

An empty water bottle will be permitted within grounds for use at our water station

WATER AND OUTSIDE FOOD?

Outside food and beverage is NOT permitted.

We will have a number of food options onsite through our vending partners for patrons

2-3 Day Pass holders have the ability to leave and re – enter facilities. Please feel free to enjoy a quick bite at one of our local restaurants in the surrounding area.

WEATHER?

In the event of inclement weather, we will have a number of commercial tents throughout the festival to house the number of villages you can seek shelter in. We will also be selling ponchos, and a number of branded apparel items at each of our beverage stations throughout the festival ground.

WILL THERE BE FOOD VENDORS AND ICE?

Yes! We have a wonderful assortment of food vendors from all over the country!!! There will also be a water station onsite for guests.  2-3 Day guests also have the ability to leave and reenter to try one of the amazing restaurants in the surrounding area.

WHAT TIME DO GATES CLOSE?

Gates open to VIP attendees 10am daily and 11am for GA pass holders

Gates Close to the Public 11pm Fri/Sat and 8pm Sun

Single Day Pass Holders may not leave and re-enter facilities

2 and 3-day pass holders may leave and re-enter facilities.

WILL THERE BE ATMS?

Yes outside of facilities prior to entering in surrounding square.

Vendors will also be accepting debit/credit/electronic payments

ARE ANIMALS/PETS ALLOWED?

No animals will be permitted within the grounds
